The whole "property like no other" proclamations can be tiresome, but in this case the description is probably apt. For this is Atlanta's more expensive rental condo at the moment — if not ever — priced at $15,000/month and dwarfing other high rents in Buckhead we've recently featured. If Julius Caesar was a Southern metrosexual with a penchant for Israeli marble, he'd probably live here. This unit, one of two penthouses at the 2500 Peachtree building, boasts a whopping 7,200 square feet, two levels, Euro-fabulous lighting, high-tech sound throughout and 360-degree vistas across the verdant canopy of Atlanta. We're told it took two years to transform this space from a shell to a showplace, featuring the most exquisite materials from around the world (the flooring, for instance, is mahogany, teak and onyx, depending on which district you're in.) It once listed for $13 million, which would have set the bar for ATL's luxury condo market. It did not sell then. At this price, will it rent now?
