This could be the only Old Fourth Ward home listing that doesn't mention the Beltline. Its location between Boulevard and Midtown means it doesn't exactly nestle up to the multi-use trail, though Ponce City Market will soon be around the corner, and down the hill. Kudos for building this four-bedroom, 2,750 square-footer in place of the ailing old home that sat here before, but an asking price north of a half-million ($549,000) could smack as high. Then again, this smaller, four-bedroom residence across the street claims to have appraised for $450,000. The agent calls the above listing a luxurious "dream home" — but that's relative. It boasts Fisher & Paykel appliances, skyline views, a pleasant backyard and elaborate/whacky trey ceilings like none we've seen before. The property last sold in August for $75,000, and it's offered now at a 633 percent increase. Are you living this dream?
