If you want to sell a home in Atlanta right now, in most cases you're looking a pretty serious haircut. The owners of this condo in The Borghese building on Northside Parkway close to its intersection with Howell Mill, West Paces Ferry and I-75 have decided to put their willingness to take a hit front and center in their marketing. The unit itself is high-end, with detail, finishes and features one would expect for a condominium originally sold for $825,000. And the location is excellent for commuters going in either direction or frequent travelers. Bonus: one of the city's best new restaurants is right out the building's front door. But even lopping $200k off the top for a new list price of $625,000 may not do the trick here...while Atlanta's condo hangover has eased a bit, it looks to be lingering for a long while.
