That it's time to buy a house. Prices are down nearly a third since 2006, mortgage rates are laughably low, and rents are increasing to the point where it again makes sense to buy. Just don't hope to flip out for quick profit. Of course, there is no guarantee that prices won't continue to drop. And supply/demand ratios in your own neck of the woods could be such that it's an awful time to buy. So wait...what? Bottom line: doing what any newspaper tells you to do is silly.
