For your consideration today is a renovated 1930's brick tudor in Morningside with lovely architectural details like diamond-paneled windows and period moldings intact. It has 4 beds and 3 baths. The master suite appears to have been created in what was once the attic which bothers some people. And though the expanse of the master bath is desirable, the exposed brick / dark wood cabinetry / tile combination with the clawfoot tub seems a bit odd. The kitchen space is nice and open with more of those handsome dark wood cabinets from the master bath. And they have made the most of the postage stamp back yard, with both a roofed pavilion and open air patio. Total square footage is listed at 2340 square feet, pretty small for a 4/3...which leaves this in kind of an awkward price range at $644,900. It's cheap for a 4/3 in Morningside but it's small; at the same time, it's quite expensive for a glorified 3/2 given the current market. Great neighborhood and schools, maybe someone will bite?
