The Old 4th Ward Flowers for Renters

If you're excited enough about The Beltline and Ponce City Market to want to live near them, AMLI has some good news for you. Word that the large apartment developer/owner will build a new apartment complex near its existing AMLI Old 4th Ward (pictured) came with the news that North American Properties would also announce a new multifamily project in the area. The move is boon for both the city on the whole and Jamestown Properties, who is in the early stages of redeveloping City Hall East into the mixed-use oasis Ponce City Market. Higher density in the area will help draw better retail tenants to the project, hopefully giving Atlanta its own little Chelsea Market, a very user-friendly Jamestown-owned property in Manhattan.
