Where's the Campbell Bridge?

As Smyrna residents know, the Campbell Bridge has been out of commission since the summer, when it was closed for what was supposed to be a 3-month replacement project...well, it still is. The City of Smyrna reports that the bridge is 65% complete, with a new target completion date of late January / early February. The project is part of the 2005 SPLOST. Perhaps this is why there are pockets of such virulent objection to TSPLOST in Cobb County? [Smyrna-Vinings Patch]
