Habitual readers of Curbed Atlanta know that we're big fans of The Atlantic magazine and their excellent Cities blog; our friends there have very helpfully compiled some excellent articles written about cities this year. Reading all ten pieces (which, we admit, we're still working on) will take you on journeys into the ruins of Detroit, the epicenter of Communism and creativity that is Beijing, the empty condo buildings of Seattle and many more intriguing places. Perhaps a good bookmark to have as holiday travel/sitting/relaxing begins in earnest this week. [The Atlantic Cities blog]
