God Bless You, Creative Loafing

That alternative weekly newspapers serve an importance as vital as tornado sirens and booze is news to no one, but in a city that can be as deeply unimaginative as Atlanta can be at times, Creative Loafing is special. Good special. While revenue is key to the City of Atlanta maintaining some semblance of order, and making driving more expensive is one of the few ways Atlanta's reckless car habit will be tempered (transit options in place, of course), the ruthless efficiency with which Park Atlanta is executing its duties is more than a little galling. Especially considering the way the rest of the city often works. Oh well, tough shit. Enjoy this little Christmas cookie from Thomas Wheatley. [Creative Loafing]
