We love Jonathan Miller's Matrix blog for its scientific approach to that most random and chaotic world known as residential real estate; this piece on selling a property fast that appeared last month takes a typically heady approach to things. As we round out 2011 and people look to be able to move on with their lives in 2012, the vaunted spring market will be upon us before we know it.
