If You've Got A House to Sell, You May Want to Get on the Stick

Springtime is known the world over (well, the U.S. anyway) as the season to sell your house...especially in Atlanta. Turns out getting your house on the market in the winter leaves you with less competition, and often leads to a quicker sale for a better price. Listing in winter doesn't really require any extra effort in Atlanta, either. Unless of course it's Snowpocalypse.
