The City of Dunwoody announced that it has come to terms with multiple buyers in purchasing 24 acres in the Georgetown / North Shallowford Road area, allowing it to move forward with plans for new park space, better transportation/connectivity and the Georgetown Master Plan. All of this is in addition to Dunwoody's ambitious plans for the Dunwoody Village. Look at the suburbs giving the big city a run for its money!
