Buckhead Village, the new 373-unit luxury apartment complex on Pharr Road now under construction across from the development formerly known as Streets of Buckhead (we're still not getting this "Buckhead, Atlanta" thing) will be among a very few Atlanta apartment complexes to go for LEED & Energy Star certification.
