We've always loved the architectural features and lofts of 805 Peachtree in Midtown. Originally built as a federal government office building in 1951 (it housed the Social Security Administration), George Rohrig (of Cartel Properties fame) and his frequent investment partners the Loudermilk family (of Aaron Rents fame) bought it in the late 90's and converted it into a condominium building with street retail. The 2 story penthouses of the top floors like this 3 bed, 3 bath have abundant space and killer views of Midtown and Downtown. This one is a party pad, with wet bar, double ovens and a big 'ol balcony that overlooks the building's pool. Also note the gorgeous faux murphy bed / 'wood wall' of the master bedroom with built in shelves for your alarm clock and other bedside miscellany.
