The Trust for Public Land is Giving the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area a Really Nice Gift

What do you give a national park already blessed with a major river and all of the neat things that go along with it? How about more protected land for its buffer? The TPL is donating 22 acres in Johns Creek valued at $1.45 million to the recreation area, which will protect an additional 850 feet of the river. The land will also host some new hiking trails. Yay!
