One of Them Mega Foreclosures You've Heard So Much About

New, 1 comment

Amid the post-apocalyptic hellscape that is the residential housing market, myths and legends abound. Like actual, functional houses in the 5-figures (check our friends at Curbed Detroit on that one). Or the $100 house. Perhaps it's schadenfreude, but one of our favorites is the multi-million dollar foreclosure. Sure, there are some crazy national stories involving properties in the tens of millions of dollars. But the Atlanta Fine Homes blog is featuring a 22,000 square foot foreclosure right here in Atlanta. The facade of the house is a godawful mish-mash of architectural styles and expensive building materials. And in the interiors are befitting of the home of one of Muammar Gaddafi's sons. But at $3.75 million dollars perhaps it's a steal?
