Buyer's Market Redux: Comfortable Brookhaven Grandeur With Room for Everyone, Less Than $2mm

We're not quite ready to commit to this theme all week. But the housing market and its Advantage: Buyers status roared again today in one of Atlanta's most beautiful 'hoods. With abundant pristine homes from the early 20th century, two of Atlanta's finest private golf clubs and proximity to Buckhead and the private jet hangars of PDK, Brookhaven has long been a favorite of the upper echelon of Atlanta's business class. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house is very nice in and of itself. But the grounds, pool and guesthouse take it to another level. And though $1,920,000 is a fairly staggering sum to most mortals, it seems like a bit of a bargain for a place this nice, on this much land, in this neighborhood.
