The term 'expert' makes us supremely uncomfortable. But covering real estate as we do, we here at Curbed would like to think we've acquired some modicum of knowledge about what it takes to sell a home in this charred hellscape of a housing market. And we're pretty confident listing photos like these are not a recipe for success. Inman Park is a great neighborhood, and a 3 bed, 2 bath townhome with a lot of space, an elevator and private roof deck with skyline views sounds great. But even a low $300's price point doesn't make this one look great. Also, what's up with the $10k tax bill?
