A Place of Your Own On Myrtle in Midtown for Under $100k

Today we take a short stroll from Piedmont Park down leafy Myrtle Street and look at a studio condominium that could be yours for just $89,000. The mid-rise building this studio is located in was built in 1919 and drips with character. But you won't sacrifice all vestiges of modern life, as the place has been outfitted with updated appliances and finishes like granite countertops and new tile and sinks. The condo is a quick jaunt from the dining and entertainment mecca that is Midtown, and as mentioned before, Piedmont Park beckons. A space this cozy isn't for everyone. But given the price and broker babble-advertised "low HOA fees," someone could likely own this place for far less than it will cost to lease a studio in one of these new buildings.
