Your Chance to Roam the Same Halls As a Future Hall of Famer

New, 3 comments

This new residential real estate listing hit the internets parading as actual "news" a couple of days ago. But we figured On the Market would be remiss if it did not feature this gigantically-enormous piece of property in Milton that one John Smoltz has decided to sell. The 1996 National League Cy Young Award winner, long-time Braves hero and Tiger Woods' personal ATM machine apparently likes to spread out, because in addition to the more than 18,000 square feet of living space offered by the structures, the property offers 22 acres on which to roam or golf (18 hole course), fish (large pond), roll around in the grass (a lovely collection of manicured meadows) or ride horses (stables included). We'll let the photos do most of the talking for the actual house, but it's your typical big ass Alpharetta mansion- custom-built and stuffed to the gills with high-end materials, finishes and gadgets. Realtor.com has an informative blog post about Smoltzie's crib here, you can view the listing for yourself below (or just about anywhere else on the webs). Did we mention this house is large? Buy it today for $7,200,000.
