Today our friends at Zillow bring us a "pre-approved short sale" that offers a pretty strong value to someone seeking a generous amount of high-end living space in Sandy Springs. Located off Roswell Road a mile or so north of Chastain Park, this section of West Belle Isle Road witnessed a plentiful amount of new construction over the past few years, and apparently some folks got in over their heads. The upshot is this attractive 4 bed, 4.5 bath of nearly 4,000 square feet listed at $469,900. That sum gets you a big open kitchen with nice, dark-stained cabinets and lots of stone on the counters and other living spaces long on built-ins and generally stylish fixtures and finishes. Outdoor spaces are a bit of a question mark, but if one is bullish on Sandy Springs (and many people are) and gets into the place at this number, it may not be an issue.
