A Resounding "No" To Public $ for Falcons Stadium

Curbed Readers have spoken, and on the issue of public funds being used to build a new open-air stadium for the Atlanta Falcons there seems to be a pretty strong consensus: they should not. Over 81% of voters indicated that if Arthur Blank and company can't find a private way to get a new stadium built, they should politely drop the idea. Do we think they will? Probably not. But this is Atlanta, the City Too Busy to Hate. Once they start building it, apathy will set in, and everything will get back to normal. Yay!
