Bid on the Atlanta Farmer's Market, Now On the... Market

SaportaReport learns that the State Properties Commission is selling the old Atlanta Farmer's Market, the site is officially owned by the Georgia Building Authority. The property is a 15.4 acre tract with the "greatest concentration of historic industrial buildings along the BeltLine," according to the description in a document on brownfield remediation in southwest Atlanta. Deadlines for bid submittals is October 26th, so we all have 4 weeks to think on this. What would you do with mega-property?
