The tenant signings continue at Selig Enterprises' 12th & Midtown, per the company's announcement this week that Republic of Couture (or ROC) will open a 6,500 square-foot flagship on Peachtree in the spring. It marks the $2 billion mixed-use megalith's first national fashion tenant and gives us hope the "Midtown Mile" concept hasn't fizzled just yet. [WhatNowAtlanta]
