The Atlanta Land Group is eyeing a space north of downtown Decatur bordered by Scott Boulevard, North Decatur Road, and Blackmon Drive for a commercial development. During a meeting with residents this week, ALG explained that they would work on behalf of the homeowners as a collective as well as gauge interest among residents.
