On Monday we were informed of construction starting at 691 14th Street. Today brings the visual confirmation and an official name for the project, Elan Westside Apartments. Via facebook, the building invites you to "live Atlanta's Westside Story." Let's hope that means more of the "I feel pretty part," than the gang violence part.
