Multi-Million Dollar Remodel In Duluth

New, 9 comments

What to do when you realize that your 1996 North Atlanta European stucco is just no longer a stylish home? You remodel of course. That is what these homeowners did. And they spent several million dollars to do it too.

Cardinal Construction acting as General Contractor and Project Manager stripped this home down to the studs, added an additional 5,000 s.f. bringing it to a total of 18,000 and then proceeded to rebuild the interior, exterior, pool and update the landscaping.

Let us know if anything on your wish list was missed. We noted that features include a gym, theater, school, craft room, wine cellar and game room.

The outdoor and pool renovations include an outdoor living area with fireplace, covered grill area, raised spa, diving board constructed of stone and a slide coming down the adjoining hillside in to the pool.

Still feeling psyched about repainting the hall bath this weekend?
