The Connector handles some 330,000 vehicles every day, so it might as well look nice, eh? The Georgia Department of Transportation apparently thinks so. The agency committed $1.7 million this week to a $5 million pot for upgrades, aesthetic and otherwise, to two "iconic" Peachtree Street bridges that cross the behemoth freeway in Midtown and downtown.
