The Mayor Reed administration has a goal, one that in very mayoral-officey speak reads like this: "We are striving to create a culture that is focused on the customer and providing a customer service experience that is accountable, responsive and efficient." Might sound like baseless hot air if the city didn't launch a "Customer Service Satisfaction Survey" in an effort to gather ATLien's two-cents on just about everything.
