Willing to Trade View for Patio in Brookwood?

New, 3 comments

Back in 2009, there was much ado about the Brookwood tower — positioned along Peachtree where Midtown bleeds into Buckhead — being the city's first LEED-Certified high-rise. Green-minded or not, buyers of this 1,180 square foot unit should appreciate its short-stroll access to the saline pool, common greenspace and gym, not to mention a gargantuan patio befitting a sports bar. All this "amenity-level" ballyhoo appears to come at the expense of a killer view. This two-bedroom, three-bath lists for $374,000 and has uncommonly cool perks like a built-in coffer maker and wine cooler. · 1820 Peachtree St. NW Unit 311 [Zillow]
