So the value of the Atlanta Falcons franchise could very well double with a shiny new nest (killer sunroof included) to call home, but what sort of kickback would ATL denizens get for footing up to $300 million of the bill? Therein lies the question posed by Creative Loafing, whose writer suggests, sort of, that the Falcons route 1 to 3 percent of annual profits back to surrounding neighborhoods. Hmm.
