Vannoy Park Development Sells Out In Less Than A Year

Vannoy Park, the 26-unit town home community in Edgewood, is completely sold out after 10 months. Redfin, the online brokerage firm, partnered with AH Capital, LLC to sell the development. This is a pretty impressive feat, when other developments in the area have taken years to sell out. In June, they had sold 18 units, the final 8 have sold since then.
