When we last looked at the sick penthouse at 2500 Peachtree eight months ago it was sitting on the market for $9,950,000. Today: it is still sitting on the market at $9,950,000. What's happening here? The price seems pretty reasonable for what it is. There are 7545 square feet inside, with over 2200 square feet of outdoor terraces, modern and clean design and the views are outrageous. Perhaps Buckhead buyers just aren't interested in $10 million condos at this time.
