Snazzy Downtown Foreclosure Lists for $102K

Buyers unfazed by the implied hassles of fetching a foreclosed property might fancy this one-bedroom condo perched above the most desirable nook of downtown. Listed at $102,000, the mortgage payment on this 895 square-foot unit would fall in the $400 to $500 range — we're guessing about half of rent on a comparable unit in the vicinity. The broker promises "spectacular views of Midtown and downtown" from this amenity-laden building (24-hour concierge, rooftop pool) located across the street from Centennial Olympic Park, but they offer few photos. Built in 2002, it's freshly painted and move-in ready, we're told, with what looks like modern fixtures and granite o' plenty. Sold as is, of course.
