Following their purchase of the stalled Jonquil Village project in Smyrna back in October of last year, Branch Properties is re-working their proposal for the project and hoping to keep Publix in the mix. Highlights of the re-worked plan include swapping the condominiums out for apartments (obviously). As noted previously, Branch bought the stalled project from Todd and Cheri Maxwell. The Smyrna-Vinings Patch piece also provides some interesting trivia: the #1 Publix store in Atlanta is in nearby Vinings. It will be nice to see some activity on this site. [Smyrna-Vinings Patch]
