The debilitating partisan clusterf*ck that is the United States Congress is now, of all things, weighing on the issue of the T-SPLOST project list. The Atlanta Regional Roundtable's plan assumes the Federal government will be kicking in 12% (or $847 million) of the overall budget for the T-SPLOST project list. But Congress has been unable to pass a federal transportation bill, leaving the Atlanta metro region guessing about the fate of some of the projects counting on federal support. Ugh. [Saporta Report]
