We're confused. As you may recall, there were high fives all around when the Lofts at Reynoldstown Crossing (following purchase by the BeltLine's fund for affordable housing) sold out after buyers participated in a lottery to win a chance to purchase one. But it looks like some of the units were not eligible for down payment assistance, as this unit remains on the market and the broker babble stipulates "conventional financing only." The 2 bed, 2 bath unit, while never lived in, is now some 4 years old. But the finishes chosen by the original developers have held up, and it seems like a pretty good deal at $154,900 for 1,232 square feet. Other features: direct access to The BeltLine and neighbors including City of Atlanta police officers and teachers.
