There will be ups and downs in touring this house; when in doubt, focus on the Chattahoochee. The exterior's stucco / stone combo is an unfortunate relic of the 90's. And inside there are some odd color choices, wood stain schemes and white tile left over from the late 1980's. All can be remedied...and did you notice the views of the river? The 3500+ square feet of living space do benefit from abundant natural light and an open, airy feel...which should enhance one's enjoyment of the water views. The price was recently cut by some $145,000, leaving the list price at $750,000. The seller may still find it difficult to get their price. But eventually they'll find someone that wants a home on the Atlanta area's only waterfront.
