What is This $750k Listing in Park Place Hiding?

New, 1 comment

We'll admit that nice and updated kitchens and bathrooms do bode well for a home's overall appeal. But when you're talking about a commodity (Buckhead 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominiums) priced as much as 3 times more than many of its competitors, one would expect a total package. Granted, we are talking about Park Place, which in spite of its semi-Brutalist concrete structure remains one of Buckhead's blue chip residential buildings some 25 years after it was originally built. But the fact that of this listing's 12 total photos, only 4 are devoted to the interior of the actual home for sale raises suspicions. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are part of a decidedly roomy 2400+ square feet, and Park Place's amenities (so well documented in this listing) are a definite asset. But we can't help but wonder what horrors lurk deep in the un-photographed corners of unit 33H.
