Buckhead Mansion Offers Absurdly Refined Enjoyment of the Outdoors, Among Other Things

Here now, From Curbed Marketplace, highlighting an intriguing real estate listing from the many thousands of properties found in the Curbed Marketplace. Browsing the Marketplace and spot a property worthy of being featured? Send it to the tipline.

As opulent and beautiful as $4,500,000 properties on Buckhead's nicest streets tend to be, there's often not much to say about them beyond squabbling about the decor. But as we emerge from the sun and fun of the holiday weekend, this home's particularly splendorous ties to the outdoors and recreation caught our eye. Screened porches are always a nice feature on a house, especially following a winter as warm as the one Atlanta just had. But the one found in this spread is unlike any we've seen in a while. Same goes for the pool house and wine cellar. The rest of the place is all gleaming wood floors, sumptuous bedrooms and a mix of grand spaces formal and informal. If you're in the market for a $4-5 million property, you could do worse.
