A piece in the AJC hipped us to some rather entertaining drama involving a real estate titan going down in Gwinnett County. Wayne Mason is the prolific Gwinnett real estate developer and entrepreneur perhaps best known in Atlanta for his selling the BeltLine a crucial piece of its corridor for a cool $66 million. Charles Bannister is an ex-Chairman of the Gwinnett County Commission who, in the course of seeking redress over a botched DUI arrest in 2010, has implicated Mason in all sorts of chicanery. If you enjoy sagas populated by wild accusations and conspiracies- Gwinnett Style- this one's for you. [AJC]
