Friday's always a good day to pop over to the Highlands to grab a drink or a bite, why not look at some real estate while you're there? This house on Orme Circle is compelling for a variety of reasons. First, the decor...even if it's not your particular cup of tea, one must admit a person (or persons) with serious style put it together. Second, the coziness. It's not often you see a 5 bedroom, 3 bath of just over 2500 square feet, but you certainly know it when you see it. Claustrophobes may run screaming, but for some the intimate feel of interior space like this is the very definition of home. Third, the price...it's pretty expensive at $874,900. But the combination of quality, high-end fixtures and appliances and the prime VaHi location may well justify it. Thoughts? Do expound in the Comments section.
