Ten Restaurants that Best Define Atlanta; A First Look at Richard Blais's The Spence; More

CITYWIDE— Eater Atlanta polled readers and came up with ten restaurants that best define Atlanta. The two with the most votes were Mary Mac's Tea House and Empire State South. See the map of results here.

BUCKHEAD— Chef Joe Truex from Watershed on Peachtree, which opened last week, talks about this new version of the restaurant and how it's different from the previous incarnation in Decatur. The fare is Southern-inspired and the restaurant will still do their famous Fried Chicken Night once a week.
