We Won the Water Wars; Polishing Freedom Park

Water Wars: We Win!— while the media waits a ruling on a certain piece of healthcare legislation to unleash the media freak-out to end all media freak-outs, the Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal from Alabama and Florida regarding the tri-state water wars. Net result: Atlanta can rest easy, we'll continue to get our drinking water from Lake Lanier. [Atlanta Business Chronicle]

Freedom Park— set amid popular in-town neighborhoods like Candler Park, Little Five Points, the Old Fourth Ward and Druid Hills, Freedom is the city's largest public park (210 acres).
