The 'Money' outpost of hometown media juggernaut CNN is out with a new Top 10 list ranking the best cities to buy rental homes, and Atlanta ranks 8th, right in front of Reno, NV and just behind fellow housing bust poster child Phoenix. Most of the Top 10 is grouped in Michigan, Nevada and Florida, with Vegas the reining champion. In spite of the epic worthlessness of Top 10 lists, we must say the potential upside in Atlanta is compelling: for a house purchased at the city's median price today ($122k), the 2015 price is projected to be $164,253.
