Neo-Craftsman in Sandy Springs is Lonely, Attractively Priced

Finding an updated 4 bedroom house in Sandy Springs for less than $500k can be difficult, which is why we were intrigued by this attractive neo-craftsman off of Glenridge currently listed for $439,000. The positives: built 10 years ago, the house retains a fresh feel and is configured in the style still popular in new construction today. And though relatively trim at 2,240 square feet, no extraordinarily cramped feel is detectable. On the downside: the home appears to have been the first built in a neighborhood that never materialized (though this could be a positive for those that value their privacy). But we can't image the other lots will lie fallow forever, and with this place on the market for over a year, we'd guess the Seller is ready to make a deal.
