Folks in that blob of Dekalb County between Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Buckhead and Chamblee known as Brookhaven have a couple of big votes to cast at the end of the month...yes or no on both T-SPLOST and whether Brookhaven should be come a city. Though the result is very much up in the air, proponents of Brookhaven's incorporation are busily preparing for life after a win and the enormous to-do list that would come with it. Of course the doubters have their own take on the situation and what the reality of an infant city would look like. We're just curious if the Brookhavians will follow the Sandy Springs model of privatization. [Reporter Newspapers]
