Apartment Boom Spreading to Sandy Springs?

Midtown lead the way, then Buckhead got into the act and became the leader, now it looks as if Sandy Springs will see some new apartments developed on Roswell Road. JLB Partners- the group already building the Village at Buckhead on Pharr Road- has a 10-acre site under contract on Roswell near Windsor Parkway, where it hopes to tear down to aging apartment complexes to build a mixed-use project.
