We love us some reader tips. So imagine our delight when WK reached out to us with some info- and it turned out to be some prime Broker Babble silliness. To wit: check out this condominium in Midtown on Juniper. Save for some decent views of the city, it's a rather no-frills affair...1 bed, 1 bath with a modest 764 square feet of living space. And it's priced appropriately at $99,900. But the listing agent just couldn't help himself, and in trying to give the unit a little bump, felt the need to characterize it thusly: "Almost a corner unit;" (and yes- the comment is punctuated with a semi-colon). There are a number of conclusions one could draw from the comment, but none of them seem likely to make this humble home much more than it is. But it did land it on these (web) pages.
