A Grand Midtown Condominium For Making Beautiful Music

While the use of hyperbole in broker babble is quite commonplace and usually occupies a place somewhere in the middle of trite and outrageous, once in a while a deft choice of words actually manages to capture the essence of a home. Such is the case with this unit in the grand brick 270 15th Street building in Ansley Park just behind Colony Square, described as "[p]erhaps the most compelling condo in Atlanta." The location certainly fits the bill...you'd be a very short walk to Piedmont Park and Midtown, and within a longer but very manageable stroll of 4 or 5 other very desirable neighborhoods and their parks/restaurants/shopping. The interior spaces (totalling 2381 square feet) are also pretty damn compelling...the scale and fantastic library features of the primary living area literally soar. While not particularly large, the kitchen is plenty roomy and well-equipped. And the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and roomy. Last but not least, the condo is compelling because it would appear to belong to a musician- if the guitars and piano in the listing photos were not enough to convince you, perhaps the professional recording studio is. Seems quite reasonable at $595,000.
